The recipe should be included in my blog somewhere.
But a quick recipe for it is as follows;
1/2 package of wide extra broad egg noodles
enough water to cover the noodles, just slightly above it.
1 Tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garlic ginger paste
1 Tbsp tomato sauce or salsa
1 Tbsp lemon juice
cinnamon sticks broken into pieces.
1 tomato, chopped up
1/4th bunch fresh cilantro, chopped.
Add the above ingredients all in a pot, on medium heat stirring quite often, until noodles are mushy like, and the sauce is starting to thicken. That’s when it’s ready. 🙂
