Rice, already cooked and set aside
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup szhechwan sauce
1. In a large frying pan add oil, and rice and fry for a few minutes. add soy sauce and szhechwan sauce. then serve on platter.
2. Add the grilled veggies to the pan and add the szhechwan sauce, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce flavors blend in. Then serve onto the serving platter.
3. Grill some beef kabobs in the griller until it’s ready.
4. Serve on the platter. Enjoy! Serves 4 people.
