Dinner: Grilled Chicken Shawarma.
1lb boneless chicken cube
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
2 tsp shawarma seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
In a bowl, marinate chicken with spices.
In a grill, add olive oil, chicken and cook until tender. Chop it up more finely and sprinkle with lemon juice & serve.
