Quinoa Kale Salad 

 
This is amazin!  So delicious and so easy to make.    As per package 5-7 minutes and yes lightly sautéed and healthy.   

Ingredients:

1 pkg of quinoa salad 

2 tbsp olive oil

1-2 tsp mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasonings
    

Different packages has different ones but real good. 

  
Preparation:

1) in a large pan, on medium heat add oil & contents of package. 

2) stirring occasionally 5-10 mins & add seasonings. 

3) serve.
