Chinese Chow Mein, Stir Fry Manchurian Veggies & Chicken 


Ingredients:

1-2 pkg chow Mein noodles 

2 tbsp veg oil 

1-2 pkg frozen stir fry vegetables 

4 tbsp soy sauce 

1 jar schewzan sauce 

Spices:  sea salt, black pepper, red Chili powder, garlic ginger paste, turmeric ( add according to taste) 

1-2 lbs boneless chicken cubed/ diced 

Preparation: 

  1. In a large pot: add water and follow directions of chow Mien, cook and drain, & set aside. 
  2. In a large pan, add oil and veggies and stir fry for a few minutes. 
  3. Add spices; and add chicken 
  4. As chicken is tender; add chow Mein noodles and mix in veggies and chicken 
  5. Add soy sauce & schewzan sauce and mix in.  
  6. Serve & enjoy.
