2) chop up onions, cilantro, green bell peppers, & red.
3) in large bowl; add 1 can black beans drained and mash it down.
4) 1/2 cup of sweet potato or butternut squash add to the bowl.
5) add quinoa.
6) add 2 beaten eggs
7) add onions, bell peppers, cilantro, garlic ginger paste, sea salt, black pepper, red chili powder, turmeric and mozzarella cheese then follow above in video. It still came out great. Plus the hot sauce with mayo wow!!! And it goes good with sour cream and guacamole too and salsa.
