BBQ sauce chicken & spices 

1 lb boneless chicken cubed Add 2 tbsp veg oil. 

Medium heat- add chicken and oil and sautéed for awhile. 

Add spices; Himalayan pink salt and red chili powder, turmeric, garlic ginger paste. 1 tsp shawarma seasonings. Mix all together with chicken.  

After chicken looks like it’s tender. Add 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, 1/2 cup water, 2 tbsp soy sauce.  

Stir together.    

Then add; 2 tbsp honey melted with 1 tbsp mustard and 1 tbsp garlic mayo. Mix together. Pour into the chicken. Stir it. Add 1/2 cup water. Add chopped onions, green onions, cilantro, bell peppers, and green chilies.  

Serve with pita or on a salad.  

Serves 4-6 people.
