Mango salad

Mango salad:

Recipe: mango, bell peppers (all colours), carrot slaw, red onions, tomatoes, green chilies & cilantro. Cut them up into thin slices, mince the cilantro, mix together in bowl. Add lemon juice, Himalayan pink salt and mrs dash seasonings to your own taste. 2 tbsp olive oil. Zesty lime salad dressing. Mix together. You can add pineapple and avocado to this too. Ohhh and I added some nuts to it, walnuts, pecans, cashews, etc. #ViBites #FiestaNut
