1/2 cup quinoa (cook according to directions on the box)
2 tomatoes diced
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, and curly parsley chopped
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp mrs. dash seasonings
1. In a large bowl, add the chopped tomatoes, and cilantro, and parsley.
2. Add the cooked quinoa
3. Add the spices, lemon juice and olive oil.
4. Mix it up together, refrigerate until ready to serve.
My mini assistant decided to help me out and learn how to make this and my other meals. She was eager to learn, and help out!
She did such a great job in chopping tomatoes, that I told her she’s an expert already!
Mind you it was suppose to be couscous, but we didn’t have it, instead we had quinoa and we improvised. It’s pretty good!

2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasonings
- In a large frying pan add oil and on medium heat.
- Add the package above and cook for 5-10 mins stirring occasionally to prevent from sticking to the pan.

So I get home from an event and decide to whip up an amazing dinner for my family & kids. I brought some chicken and threw some tandoori powder on top with spices & veggies, beans, lentils, & quinoa.
Mmmmmm. Let’s just say as this was baking. You could smell how amazing this was and tasted delicious. Oh and the veggies just has some water in it, pink salt, and black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. that’s it.
My kids loved this and loved helping clean up which is a first as usually they eat and run back onto their devices. I made a rule, take a picture if you want of the food but place all devices, whether they’re iPhones, iPads, iPods, or other devices onto this table here, then let’s eat, talk, have a real discussion and then clean up and then get back into our system and it seems to be working really well.

You will need the following;
1 Bell pepper, each color, chopped
1 red onion chopped
handful of cherry or grape tomatoes

In a pot, on high heat, boil water, with some olive oil, and pink salt. Add the pasta, cook until tender, and with water remaining in it, on medium high heat, add 1 jar of tomato sauce, cooked ground beef to the mixture, and stir. Cook ground beef ahead of time, of 1lbs – add your own seasonings to it, to your own tastebuds.
Wash 1/2 cup of wild rice, and add to a pot of boiling water, and cook until rice is tender. Also prepare quinoa, and mix together.
