3-4 cups of rice, washed and cooked set aside
2 tsp turmeric powder
sea salt and black pepper set aside to taste (you add your own)
2 package of each Vi-Bites; chocolate monkey, fiesta nut, and glorious greens
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp saffron
1. In a large pot of where the rice was cooked in, add turmeric, saffron, and butter and give it a good stir, til all the white rice is coated.
2. Add seasonings to your own taste, and add the Vi-Bites on top.
3. Serve. Enjoy!
You will need the following;
1 Bell pepper, each color, chopped
1 red onion chopped
handful of cherry or grape tomatoes
Steam ahead: Broccoli, Cauliflower, and carrots
Drizzle Olive oil over it, Himalaysan Pink salt, and black pepper, and grill on grill for 10 minutes until veggies are tender. Serve!
1 package of mixed field greens salad, open package, wash, and serve. You can add any other ingredients to this, such as chopped grape tomatoes, berries, and anything else you’d like to add. (Very simple and easy)
In a pot, on high heat, boil water, with some olive oil, and pink salt. Add the pasta, cook until tender, and with water remaining in it, on medium high heat, add 1 jar of tomato sauce, cooked ground beef to the mixture, and stir. Cook ground beef ahead of time, of 1lbs – add your own seasonings to it, to your own tastebuds.
Wash 1/2 cup of wild rice, and add to a pot of boiling water, and cook until rice is tender. Also prepare quinoa, and mix together.
For the curry lentils;
I had the pleasure of taking my oldest son and his friends out to eat for dinner at this amazing Middle Eastern restaurant up in Mississauga, located at 50 Britannia Rd East, beside the Quality Inn Hotel, and behind the Tim Hortons/ Wendy’s restaurant, at Britannia and Hurontario (Hwy 10). The food was amazing, and my children along with my son’s friends had a good time.
