Noodles with chicken, beef & veggies 


2 pkg chow mein noodles, cook according to directions on package, set aside
1-2 bell peppers, chopped
1 onion chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 red chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic ginger paste
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 jar of schezwan sauce


1.   In a large wok style pan, or large pan, add oil, and bell peppers, and onions.
2. On medium high heat, cook until its soft and tender, set aside.
3. Add noodles, and keep stirring making sure noodles do not stick together.
4.  Add spices, and soy sauce, as well as the schezwan sauce.
5.  Mix together, making sure all noodles are coated well with the sauces and spices.
6.  Add to a serving dish,  add additional bell peppers & onions on top.
Optional  You can add chopped fresh cilantro on top.



Beef Ingredients:

2 lbs beef stripped
2 Tbsp soy sauce
spices, such as black pepper, red chili powder, salt, garlic ginger paste, turmeric
olive oil or canola oil 2tbsp


1.  In a large fry pan, add the oil, and beef and on medium heat add the spices.
2.  Cook until meat is tender, and add the soy sauce and 1/2 cup water.
3.  When the meat is done, add to a serving platter, and decorate/garnish with veggies/bell peppers and onions.


Chicken Ingredients:

2 lbs boneless chicken, cut into cubes
2 tbsp canola or olive oil
1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp garlic ginger paste
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 jar of pad thai sauce
1 tsp mrs dash seasonings
1/2 tsp onion powder

chopped bell peppers, onions, lightly sauteed and set aside for garnish/decoration a top, and cilantro.


1.  In a large pan, add chicken, oil, and the spices. cook on medium heat.
2.  Make sure chicken is done, and cooked through.
3.  Add soy sauce, and pad thai sauce, as well as 1/2 cup-1 cup water.
4.  Continue on medium heat, until a sauce forms.    Add to serving platter, and garnish with bell peppers, onions, and cilantro.



1 pkg mix veg variety stir fry
2 Tbsp canola oil
1 tsp mrs. dash seasonings
1 /2 tsp garlic ginger paste
1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp red chili powder


1.  In a large fry pan, add oil, and veggies.
2.  On medium heat, keep cooking until veggies are soft, tender.
3.  Add spices and seasonings.
4.  Add soy sauce, and mix all the way through.
5. Add to serving dish.
6.  Serve along with the noodles, chicken, or beef, or rice.


Chinese Chow Mein, Stir Fry Manchurian Veggies & Chicken 


1-2 pkg chow Mein noodles 

2 tbsp veg oil 

1-2 pkg frozen stir fry vegetables 

4 tbsp soy sauce 

1 jar schewzan sauce 

Spices:  sea salt, black pepper, red Chili powder, garlic ginger paste, turmeric ( add according to taste) 

1-2 lbs boneless chicken cubed/ diced 


  1. In a large pot: add water and follow directions of chow Mien, cook and drain, & set aside. 
  2. In a large pan, add oil and veggies and stir fry for a few minutes. 
  3. Add spices; and add chicken 
  4. As chicken is tender; add chow Mein noodles and mix in veggies and chicken 
  5. Add soy sauce & schewzan sauce and mix in.  
  6. Serve & enjoy. 

Chinese Chicken


1 lb boneless chicken cut into strips, (washed, set aside)
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp corriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp garlic ginger paste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt or himalayan pink salt
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 bottle of schezwan sauce
1 onion sliced
1 red bell pepper sliced
1/2 pkg frozen veggies (carrots, beans, asparagus, broccoli)

  1. In a large wok or frying pan, add oil.
  2. Add onions, bell peppers, and chicken
  3. Add spices; salt, black pepper, red chili powder, turmeric, garlic ginger paste, cumin powder, corriander powder.    Lightly coat the chicken and onions, and bell peppers.
  4. On medium-high heat cook until chicken is cooked, add the 1/2 pkg of veggies, and keep stirring.
  5. When chicken is fully cooked, add rice vinegar, soy sauce and schewzan sauce.  Keep on medium-low heat and keep stirring, until flavors blend in.
  6. Cook noodles/chow mein according to directions- drain- and add 1 Tbsp soy sauce in it, then serve these two together.
  7. Enjoy!

Chicken Noodle Vegetable Soup



1 pkg chicken shawarma cut up 

2 tbsp olive oil 

4-6 cups water

1 tsp garlic ginger paste

1/2 tsp sea salt 

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder 

1/4 th bunch chopped Curley parsley and cilantro 

1/2 pkg frozen veggies steamed 

1/4 th pkg egg noodles 

1 green, red bell pepper diced

1 onion diced 


  1. In a large pot, add oil, onions, bell peppers on medium heat cook until they’re tender and soft. 
  2. Add spices; & chicken and mix in spices. 
  3. Cook for a few minutes, add veggies. 
  4. Add water, and egg noodles and cook for a few minutes until noodles are soft
  5. Add cilantro and parsley. 
  6. Serve & enjoy. 



Curry winter Vegetables Soup

Add 2 tbsp olive  oil   & 2 onions diced with spices; 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp kosher salt or pink salt you choose, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder & 1 tbsp garlic ginger paste. 

Add 1-2 cups vegetable medley winter veggies such as cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and beans.  Along with 6 cups of water and on medium high heat bring to a boil. 

Stir evey often and place a wooden spoon on top to prevent it from over boiling.  And until veggies are soft and tender.   

Using hand blender – blend until veggies are blended in.  Add 1 can of coconut milk and 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar.  

Serve with black pepper & red pepper & mint, cilantro and parsley on top for decoration.     


Hina’s World: Recipe Vegetable Chow Mein Noodles and Peanut Schezwan Sauce



1 pkg chow mein noodles
1 pkg frozen veggies (with bell peppers, asparagas, carrots)
1 chopped onion
1 chopped sweet colored peppers each
1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 bottle schezwan sauce
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp chili sauce or hot sauce
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 bunch chopped green onions
1/2 bunch chopped cilantro and curly parsley
2 packages of Vi-Bites Glorious Greens
2 packages of Vi Bites Fiesta Nut
1 Tbsp of peanut butter


1.  In a large pot of water set on high heat, boil water, and add noodles.

2.  While noodles, is cooking, add the package of frozen veggies into a microwave bowl, add a little water and set it for 4 minutes.

3.   In a large wok or griddle, add olive oil, add the chopped onions, and chopped bell peppers, cook for several minutes until onions are soft.

4.  At this point, the veggies should be done in the microwave, drain and add to the griddle, stirring it occasionally for 5-10 minutes.

5.  The noodles should start cooking, check on it to make sure it’s not too soft.

6.   If noodles is ready, drain and set aside.

7.  While veggies is still cooking; in a bowl add the garlic ginger paste, sea salt, black pepper, vinegar, hot sauce, and stir the mixture.  Pour into the veggies.    At this point, add the noodles and 1/2 cup of water and keep stirring every few minutes, add the peanut butter and stir it in.

8.   Add the Vi-Bites to the mixture, and add the soy sauce, and schezwan sauce.    Keep cooking it.

9.   Add chopped green onions, chopped cilantro and chopped curly parsley to it.   Keep stirring it making sure everything is mixed through.

10.   Serve, and enjoy!

This was a huge success and hit in the household.  Even my dad who ate the hour before; looked at it on his way out, to get a bowl and try.   My kids who wanted pizza, decided to split the homemade pizza (which I’ll share an easy recipe for in another blog entry), while they devoured this one.      The vi-bites was also a big hit as well as the peanut butter.

Hina’s World: Pasta and Sauce with Baby Spinach, Kale, and Vegetables



1 pkg of pasta, cooked according to package and drained
1 jar of tomato sauce
1 pkg baby spinach
1 bunch of kale, stems removed, chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 bell pepper each color chopped
1 onion chopped
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic ginger paste
1 Tbsp olive oil


1.   In a large pot, same pot as the pasta was cooked in, drained, add the oil on medium-high heat, add onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers, stirring for a few minutes until they’re soft.

2.  Add the spinach, and kale, and keep stirring for a few minutes and add the tomato sauce.

3.  Add spices, and then add the pasta.     Stirring to make sure it’s all well coated.

4.  Serve.  Enjoy!
